A free browser autobattler in a petri dish. Draft cards, build a colony of cells, and set it loose on other players' saved builds. Battle on your schedule, no live lobbies.
An async autobattler with roguelike runs. Nothing carries over between runs but your ladder rating, and that's on purpose.
You own three generators that spawn cells. Each round you draft from a shop and spend Biomass: specialization cards turn a generator into a role, modifiers tune its cells, colony cards buff the whole dish. The drafting is the game; the battle is proof.
Hunters, walls, splitters, toxin, symbionts, lobbers, a rock-paper-scissors tangle. You never pick a role from a menu; you get there by specializing generators. Specialize hard or spread out. The Roles page shows what each does in a fight.
You never wait in a lobby. You battle other players' saved builds whenever you feel like playing, and your build sits ready for someone else to fight later. Same competitive ladder, none of the scheduling.
Every fight is simulated with a seeded, integer-only sim. The same battle replays byte-identical on your machine and the server. That's what makes async PvP fair without either side needing to be online.
Playable right now, with known limits. It's a small, solo-run beta, not a finished product. Expect rough edges. Expect it to keep changing. Free to play stays true regardless: no pay-to-win, no gated drafting, ever.
Petriarch is made solo by amphro. I always wanted to make a game but never had the time, until AI made it possible. It's a public beta: playable now, grown in the open, rough edges and all. Free to play, always; if you want to help it grow, there's a tip jar.
